About Me

One caregiver, not a team. Your dog always sees the same face.

Victor Sánchez Casas, dog caregiver and dog trainer in Gstaad

I'm Victor Sánchez-Casas Vallejo, a dog caregiver and dog trainer based in Gstaad. Dogs have been part of my life for as long as I can remember — today it's my profession.

What I offer is deliberately small: no employees, no rotating carers, no call centre. When you write, I answer. When your dog is collected, I collect them.

How I work

Every dog gets individual care rather than a group solution. It takes longer and allows fewer appointments, but it's the only way to genuinely respond to what a particular dog needs.

In training I work with positive reinforcement. Desired behaviour is rewarded and therefore happens more often. I don't use tools based on startle or pain — they suppress symptoms and damage trust.

What you can expect

Punctuality, including in bad weather. An honest assessment if a service isn't right for your dog. And a message with a photo so you know how it went.

If you're unsure whether it's a good fit, we meet briefly with your dog first. You see how I handle them, they see me, and then you decide in your own time.
